MementoLabs is an italian information technology company, formerly known as Hacking Team[1][2].
Founded in 2019, MementoLabs is the spyware and malware-related branch of the InTheCyber Group - an offensive cybersecurity company located in Lugano, Switzerland.[3]
Under the new ownership, MementoLabs also specialized themselves in IMSI Catchers.[4]
At the end of 2025, Kaspersky identified a new spyware for Windows called Dante targeting Russia and Belarus.
Memento’s CEO declared to TechCrunch “I thought [the government customer] didn’t even use it anymore”, hinting that there is no real vetting on the use of the product.[6]
